Every time you have conflict with your partner, you think it’s a sign it’s the end of the relationship OR you think it’s all your fault and go into self-blame mode.
When you see your parents, you get triggered by anything they say or do. You know you need to spend time with them because they’re getting older, but it impacts you negatively any time you do. You feel guilty for distancing yourself.
You are constantly stressed at work. You take on responsibilities that you shouldn’t be. You feel overwhelmed and exhausted at the end of each workday.
You judge yourself harshly for mistakes you make. You judge yourself harshly for things you aren’t doing, but you know you should (such as cleaning, working out, eating healthier).
